Here's me watching the creature hatch! I have already had a number of "discussions" with this creature, but it's no use...it calls itself DC25...is that not a sinister name? More details to be posted later.

It's an invasion!
I have received advance notice that the Dyson are launching an assault on my home some time today. It will be up to me to defend the household from this type of threat. I fear I will face something similar to what Turbo faces with D Animal.
For detailed information regarding these unholy creatures, visit their diabolical "friendly" web site at www.dyson.com. Don't believe the propoganda. They are not friendly, and they are not here to be our friends.
My humans have no clue what they will be allowing into their home.

If...
If I were human,
and if I had a yearbook photo,
and if it happened to be 1969,
I might look like this......
Or me in 1976! Hahahahaha!
Have your humans try it for themselves at yearbook yourself. My parents already did...and boy do they look funny! Did anyones parents really look like any years they have on there?Saturday, September 27, 2008

Check out my new ride!
Yes! I finally got to ride instead of walk! Luke was kind enough to share and make some room for me! I think from now on, this is how I will enjoy every walk! What do you think?! Next month Luke will be one, and some day he will grow out of this stroller and I think he should gift it to me!
On a side note, you should go over and check out my parents blog. My parents have already told me that there will be no chewing on Flat Daddy when we are there for Christmas. Like I didn't know that already! What do they think I am...a dog?

The fake me!
This first picture was taken up in Washington when we went there for Christmas almost two years ago. That is my cousin Breanna and her "dog". Breanna can't have a real dog so instead she got that dog and named it Ender! But that Ender ate something called batteries and moved funny and made funny barking noises...really freaked me out! Breanna still has "Ender". Infact, that is her Ender with my Luke in the second picture. And that picture was taken when my mom and my Luke went up there just this past July (remember I didn't go). I hope that Luke didn't think it was really me. I would hate to think that I, the real Ender could be replace so easily. I'm sure when we go up to Washington this Christmas, I will be able to point out the differences to Luke, and he won't be confused as to who the real Ender is!

Pictures from the archives
This is what I do when I want something.
I'm pretty good at convincing people I need things.
Especially when I do cute things!
This is me helping my self to something I think I need.I'm pretty good at that too!
I can open the door all by myself!
This is something thatI DID NOT DO!
Luke did it,
and my parents believe me!
And this is me relaxing. After I got what I wanted!
In the nice sunlight,
but not the heat!

I'm so humliliated!
Yes, this is me. My mom dressed me in one of Luke's outfits.
I can't even look at anyone I'm so embarrassed!
Look at me hang my head in shame!
BUT, I did get a treat for being so good, was it worth it, or does that make me a sucker?

Pictures that my mom took.
I smell much better after my bath and I am allowed back on the bed! And the best part about it is that I don't have to have another bath until right before we leave to go on our christmas vacation....unless I roll in something stinky again!
Now, here are some of the pictures that my mom took. She and Luke went to Washington State for a few weeks and took the camera with them. I think I need my own camera especially if all she brings back for me are pictures of squirrles. Ivy's on to something...squirrels are evil! Look how in the first picture the squirrel is ready to lunge out at anyone who comes near it! So what does my mom try and do...try to get it to come closer by using a peanut as bate! Noooooo...I should have been there to protect them! Well, good thing that squirrel didn't come closer, and decided to just lounge around! She also had a little video clip...no peoples or animals were hurt in the making of this film.

I stink.
I stink because today while we were outside there was this dead snake and I rolled in it! Now I have to go and have a bath tomorrow. And then I will not stink.

Lounging Advice
As additional advice for those of you looking to perfect your lounging skills, you must remember that the where is not as important as the relaxation. Pick a spot, and then relax all your muscles. The enjoyment comes from relaxing, not from the location.
Tomorrow I will give you another example of perfecting the art of lounging at will.

Humoring Mama
Sometimes humans make you do things because they think it's cute. For instance, my little brother is being given a bath. He's not flexible enough to lick himself clean like I do. Poor little guy has to get a bath a lot!
Then my human mama comes up with the idea that putting me in the bath with him will look cute! Ugh! Can you just see the excitement on my face?
In any case, I humored her for a moment, then I got out.
However, I will admit that any photograph with me in it is obviously cute.

Lounging...or Guarding?
I just posted about how good I am at relaxing. However, did you also realize that I am very good at multi-tasking? This is true. Dogs are inherently good at multi-tasking. For instance, here I am lounging in the hallway.
But wait! Behind that door, my dad is hard at work. While he is working, he can't be disturbed. So while it appears that I am lounging, I am in fact guarding the door so that my dad will be left alone to work.
As I said, I'm good at multi-tasking.

MMMMMmmmmmm...
Even better than the bib! This little brother thing could work out well for me!
I may not be able to make any posts for a while, my Dad is taking the laptop to Atlanta with him.....if he can find it!

Hmmmm....or should I say mmmmmmm!
So, my mom thinks she is sooooo funny. She thought that since I was licking the bib, that I should wear the bib. I don't think that's how that works, but whatever. I see Luke trying to eat the bib, so I thought I would try it too, and it was tasty! My mom can dress me in the bib all she wants...it's never going to stop me from licking all that yummy food off! Oh, and this was one of the bibs I gave to Luke for Christmas!

Bubbles!
I need to protect my Luke from the evil bubbles! I didn't like these bubbles, but I do like it when my parents blow bubbles from a bubble wand!

Starting June of on the right paw...
...with a post!
So i am finally making a post. I haven't been very good at posting lately, seems like no one wants to help me. I hope that I still have a lot of readers! My Aunt Hana made a post about "three legged dog" imitations and how they run in the family...so I decided to post my three legged dog imitation picture! I have a really neat video clip of me barking at a rabbit, maybe I'll post that later this week! Hope that everyone is having a great summer!

Christmas Plans!
I bought my ticket to Seattle for Christmas!
Airlines are so funny. I bought my ticket to ride in the body of the plane in my crate, but they don't let me keep my humans with me, they have to go up in the peepol hold! So all 3 of them are in 2 seats in the peepol hold. Talk about cramped. It's a good thing Alaska Airlines caters to dogs, because if I had to be cooped up like the humans, that would be a rough trip.
In the meantime, I will be in the lap of luxury, because my parents put a soft towel in my crate for the trip.

Someone has to be the financially savvy one in the family...
...Good thing it's me! I just thought that I would take some time to read this piece of mail that my parents were going to toss out! What would they do with out me? I'm going to propose that all the interest they earn goes to me! Doesn't that sound like a good idea?! Now, if only I could figure out how to get that ball in the bottom left hand corner to play with...then I would be set! And I think there logo should be a dog, not a lion!

Bloopers
So, Cooper and Ivy posted pictures of bloopers a while back, so I thought that I would post mine! This one on the left is the first one! If you look very close in the top left corner, you will see something other than white! I walked right in front of the camera as my mom was taking a picture of Luke! And this one on the right is one of my favorite blooper pictures! We both have our mouths wide open! Luke is starting to get fussy, and I am having a big yawn! Luke's mouth is open lots, but not mine, so this picture was funny just because of that!

The toy basket.
This is me next to a toy. It is a very soft toy that I would really like to have. I am in Luke's room in this picture, but that's okay because Luke and my mom are here to. See, I have a problem with this picture. Why must I stay away from some toys and not others, it's not like I can tell the difference between the ones I can have and the ones I can't have. Now don't get me wrong, some toys I don't want to have...I don't need the ones that don't have stuffing, don't rattle, don't shake, don't have tags, or ones that don't taste good. I know, youre asking yourself what's left? Well there are the ones that move all by themselves, the ones that have been sprayed with bitter apple, the ones that are too big for me to hide, and the ones that I have already tried once, and don't like! The picture over on the right here is my toy basket. It does have a lot of fun toys in it, and I did get a couple of new toys for Christmas and my barkday, but I have one problem with this toy basket...it's all by itself...one...no other basket next to it...all my toys fit into that ONE basket. ONE ONE ONE. Remember ONE! This picture over on the left is a picture of Luke's toy baskets...did you catch that...baskets...as in more than one...TWO! And the worst part about that is that they have to be kept in the closet so I won't get in them! Luke has two baskets because the toys won't fit in one (like mine...my one basket) And I am told that as Luke gets older he will always have more toys than me, that's fine by me, but I have to make sure that he will appreciate them! Now we come to the last picture. Do you see what the tag says? There must have been some kind of mix up! Maybe that toy should be in my basket and not Luke's after all I'm 3 years and up! Luke is just 4 months old! He is just not old enough to appreciate plush little toys like that! And I should offer that toy to be kept in my basket since there looks like there is no room in his baskets...isn't that the nice thing to do? I think so!

A trip down memory lane...
...Whatever memory lane is...anyhow don't I look comfy and happy?! This picture was taken sometime in April I think, before I got my dog couch.
Answers to some comment questions:
In answer to JB's question I'm not sure if I like cats. I deffinatly know what a cat is because everytime I see one I go nuts, and when my parents tease me and ask me where the cat is I go and look out the front window to try and find one. My mom says that she's not to sure what I would do if I was in the same room with a cat. I think I would like cats...they look fast, and fun to play with.
And yes, Hana, Luke IS supposed to hold still, that would make my job of cleaning him up that much easyier!
Oh...and I lost the bid for the bassinet. It went into a big box and is on its way to the garage. So now I'll just have to settle for the crib! Sssshhhhhh don't tell!
(for whatever reason spell check doesn't seem to want to work, so ignore the misspelled words...but then again I am a dog, so why should spelling matter?!)

I found a new comfy bed!
This is the post that my mom posted on the family blog!
This is what I found Ender doing a couple of times. We then started moving the bassinet away from the bed but that didn’t stop him from figuring out that he would then just have to jump into it to get whatever he wanted. We ended up taking down the bassinet anyhow because after almost 3 months Luke has outgrown his bassinet. He is within the weight range, but because he is long, and when he squirms his head gets smashed up against the top so we had to move him into something larger. We are (I am) not ready to move him into his crib yet because he still wakes up several times in the night to eat, and because at night we only heat our room so the rest of the house gets really cold at night, so he now sleeps in the pack and play that has a bassinet feature to it (which is great because without it I can’t reach the bottom to put Luke in or take him out).
Oh and Ender can now jump into the crib if the sides are down. I know this because I was playing with Luke in the crib one day and up jumped Ender. I have no idea if he will be able to jump into the crib with the side up. I guess that I will not be buying any baby gate to keep Ender out of places, that would just be a waste of money at this point.
Bye bye bassinet.
For two reasons:

I'm Baaaaack!
My Dad picked me up from the kennels Saturday afternoon and took me home where my Mom and Luke were waiting for me. I asked them what they got me and they told me of all the places they had been. I asked them what they got me. They told me about the North Shore and all of the surfers there and the huge waves. I asked them what they got me. They said that they had some yummy shaved ice and got t-shirts as a souvenir...but nothing for me. I asked what they got me. They also told me that they went to the Polynesian Cultural Center for a day and saw many wonderful things and ate many wonderful kinds of food. Again I asked what did you get for Ender? By this point I was sure that I was being ignored. They did think of me...every time they saw a dog on the beach or out and about. But by the looks of things in the picture above, it looked way too sunny and warm for me! Well, my parents didn't bring me back anything from Hawaii, even though they saw some pretty cool things that I would have liked at the swap meet but they did get me a couple of new toys, one for Christmas, and one for my birthday. Here is one of the new toys below. It is big and fuzzy and it is supposed to clean my teeth when I chew on it. Luke helped pick out my toys, he did a good job so I think that I will let him help pick out my toys more often! My Mom noticed that My bark sounded different, sort of deeper. My Dad said that it must be because I'm a man now! After all I am 3 in human years, so that makes me what, 21 in dog years? Oh and instead of cake I got new treats! My parents are changing my diet. They noticed in the food I was eating that the recipe had changed and that it had cheapened the food so now I get to try this new food, and boy do I like it better! The past two time that I have eaten I have left the old stuff in the bowl. I say no more mixing it, I am use to it already! Give me the good stuff! So the treats are made by the same company Yummmmy! Here is the second toy that I got. This one has a squeaker in it (not for long)! I'm glad that my family is home now. Next Christmas we all get to go to Seattle, and there have been promises of finding snow! I think that I will keep what I did at the kennels a secret, I will let my parents think that they had more fun than me. That way they will go out of town again and I will get a vacation too!
