Bloopers

And this one on the right is one of my favorite blooper pictures! We both have our mouths wide open! Luke is starting to get fussy, and I am having a big yawn! Luke's mouth is open lots, but not mine, so this picture was funny just because of that!Saturday, February 23, 2008
The toy basket.
This is me next to a toy. It is a very soft toy that I would really like to have. I am in Luke's room in this picture, but that's okay because Luke and my mom are here to. See, I have a problem with this picture. Why must I stay away from some toys and not others, it's not like I can tell the difference between the ones I can have and the ones I can't have. Now don't get me wrong, some toys I don't want to have...I don't need the ones that don't have stuffing, don't rattle, don't shake, don't have tags, or ones that don't taste good. I know, youre asking yourself what's left?
Well there are the ones that move all by themselves, the ones that have been sprayed with bitter apple, the ones that are too big for me to hide, and the ones that I have already tried once, and don't like! The picture over on the right here is my toy basket. It does have a lot of fun toys in it, and I did get a couple of new toys for Christmas and my barkday, but I have one problem with this toy basket...it's all by itself...one...no other basket next to it...all my toys fit into that ONE basket. ONE ONE ONE. Remember
ONE! This picture over on the left is a picture of Luke's toy baskets...did you catch that...baskets...as in more than one...TWO! And the worst part about that is that they have to be kept in the closet so I won't get in them! Luke has two baskets because the toys won't fit in one (like mine...my one basket)
And I am told that as Luke gets older he will always have more toys than me, that's fine by me, but I have to make sure that he will appreciate them! Now we come to the last picture. Do you see what the tag says? There must have been some kind of mix up! Maybe that toy should be in my basket and not Luke's after all I'm 3 years and up! Luke is just 4 months old! He is just not old enough to appreciate plush little toys like that! And I should offer that toy to be kept in my basket since there looks like there is no room in his baskets...isn't that the nice thing to do? I think so! Monday, February 11, 2008
A trip down memory lane...
...Whatever memory lane is...anyhow don't I look comfy and happy?! This picture was taken sometime in April I think, before I got my dog couch. Answers to some comment questions:
In answer to JB's question I'm not sure if I like cats. I deffinatly know what a cat is because everytime I see one I go nuts, and when my parents tease me and ask me where the cat is I go and look out the front window to try and find one. My mom says that she's not to sure what I would do if I was in the same room with a cat. I think I would like cats...they look fast, and fun to play with.
And yes, Hana, Luke IS supposed to hold still, that would make my job of cleaning him up that much easyier!
Oh...and I lost the bid for the bassinet. It went into a big box and is on its way to the garage. So now I'll just have to settle for the crib! Sssshhhhhh don't tell!
(for whatever reason spell check doesn't seem to want to work, so ignore the misspelled words...but then again I am a dog, so why should spelling matter?!)

I found a new comfy bed!
This is what I found Ender doing a couple of times. We then started moving the bassinet away from the bed but that didn’t stop him from figuring out that he would then just have to jump into it to get whatever he wanted. We ended up taking down the bassinet anyhow because after almost 3 months Luke has outgrown his bassinet. He is within the weight range, but because he is long, and when he squirms his head gets smashed up against the top so we had to move him into something larger. We are (I am) not ready to move him into his crib yet because he still wakes up several times in the night to eat, and because at night we only heat our room so the rest of the house gets really cold at night, so he now sleeps in the pack and play that has a bassinet feature to it (which is great because without it I can’t reach the bottom to put Luke in or take him out).
Oh and Ender can now jump into the crib if the sides are down. I know this because I was playing with Luke in the crib one day and up jumped Ender. I have no idea if he will be able to jump into the crib with the side up. I guess that I will not be buying any baby gate to keep Ender out of places, that would just be a waste of money at this point.

I'm Baaaaack!
My Dad picked me up from the kennels Saturday afternoon and took me home where my Mom and Luke were waiting for me. I asked them what they got me and they told me of all the places they had been. I asked them what they got me. They told me about the North Shore and all of the surfers there and the huge waves. I asked them what they got me. They said that they had some yummy shaved ice and got t-shirts as a souvenir...but nothing for me. I asked what they got me. They also told me that they went to the Polynesian Cultural Center for a day and saw many wonderful things and ate many wonderful kinds of food. Again I asked what did you get for Ender? By this point I was sure that I was being ignored. They did think of me...every time they saw a dog on the beach or out and about. But by the looks of things in the picture above, it looked way too sunny and warm for me! Well, my parents didn't bring me back anything from Hawaii, even though they saw some pretty cool things that I would have liked at the swap meet but they did get me a couple of new toys, one for Christmas, and one for my birthday.
Here is one of the new toys below. It is big and fuzzy and it is supposed to clean my teeth when I chew on it. Luke helped pick out my toys, he did a good job so I think that I will let him help pick out my toys more often! My Mom noticed that My bark sounded different, sort of deeper. My Dad said that it must be because I'm a man now! After all I am 3 in human years, so that makes me what, 21 in dog years? Oh and instead of cake I got new treats! My parents are changing my diet. They noticed in the food I was eating that the recipe had changed and that it had cheapened the food so now I get to try this new food, and boy do I like it better! The past two time that I have eaten I have left the old stuff in the bowl. I say no more mixing it, I am use to it already! Give me the good stuff! So the treats are made by the same company Yummmmy!
Here is the second toy that I got. This one has a squeaker in it (not for long)! I'm glad that my family is home now. Next Christmas we all get to go to Seattle, and there have been promises of finding snow! I think that I will keep what I did at the kennels a secret, I will let my parents think that they had more fun than me. That way they will go out of town again and I will get a vacation too!

Ender the protector!
This is me and my new brother Luke. I really love him! Luke is now 1 month old and I have been very good with him! When Luke is sitting in his boppy, like he is in this picture, I like to hop up on the couch and sit by him. When Luke is crying, I like to give him kisses and make him feel better. I also like to lick Luke right after he has eaten and he spits up some really yummy stuff, I like to think that he is sharing with me!
This picture on the right...well, I thought that I would be really funny one day when my mom was taking pictures of the baby! I waited right until she was ready to take the picture and I snuck right in the photo! No prompting needed! I know right what to do! My mom called me a ham for doing that! Doesn't she know that I'm a DOG! My Grandma and Granddad came on a airplane
from Seattle to visit me, well, they really came to visit my Mom Dad and Luke, (but whatever!) and I was VERY protective of my little brother! The first and second day that they were hear I had to keep a close eye on them! They kept wanting to hold Luke and I had to make sure that they weren't going to take him back to Seattle when they left! When my Grandma bent down to pick Luke up from his bouncer, I snuck right in between them! And whenever my granddad had Luke for the first day or two, I would bark and grown at him!
My mom kept telling me that things were OK, and so I guess that on the third day I decided that they were okay! Grandma gave me lots of scratches, and Granddad played in the yard and the house with me! It's just our family here now, and boy is it boring! Don't you think that Luke looks like me!? Well, I'm going to have fun teaching him all kinds of things. Like where the best spot in the yard is to hide things, and how to snatch things from the kitchen counters! Nothing else is new. It got pretty cold here, and I like to be outside. My Dad is going to take me to the dog park on Saturday, and that will be super fun! Friday, October 26, 2007

This is the life!

I love to lounge on the bed! Made or un-made, it doesn't matter! I love it the best when I have the whole bed to my self, which unfortunately isn't as often as it should be! In a little while I will have a new brother and he will not be allowed to sleep on the bed...just me! (my parents know that I don't stay on the bed all night, only until I get to hot, then I move!)
Speaking of my new brother, he should be here anytime between now and three weeks or so. He can come next week and I will get to play with him and smell him and kiss him!
I have lots of pictures that I want to post and there doesn't seem to be enough time to do it. I guess that I should have been posting more often, I will blame that on my mom...aahhemm...
I still read a lot of the other dog blogs, I haven't been too good at commenting, but I do read them.
My parents took me to the dog park the other day. Well, my dad took me and my mom tagged along, she was kind of useless, but I love her anyhow...I love my dad for taking me and favored him the rest of the day!

Have you seen this?
Love this commercial! Look at the eskies! I had to rewind it and show my parents! Maybe they could train me to do that with something...or I could teach myself to do that with something I want, then they would have to give me some to make me stop barking! HAhahaha!

Zoomies!
At the request of my Aunt Hana, here are some videos of me doing zoomies! These aren't my greatest zoomies, but since my Mom never knows when I am going to bust out into zoomies, I guess that we are lucky enough to even have these. I love to run around the couch and bark and grunt!
Oh, and in the second clip, me smashing against the back door...that's how I tell people that I've got to go outside, I don't bark like most dogs do!

FORE!

One set of my Grandparents now have a home within an hour of where we live. From their house we can see the golf course. My Dad likes to play golf with his Dad, and so these pictures were taken one day while we were there. The golfers in the pictures are just random golfers, no one we knew, but that didn't stop me from telling them where to hit the ball! After they hit the ball they got in the little cart and drove right past me! I wanted to chase them, but I could only go as far as the fence would allow me, so from there I had to bark at them! Maybe one day my Dad will take me with him, and I could help him find all of the balls that go missing!

Just call me the grocery inspector!

My mom went to the store the other day and when she got home I had to see if there was food for me! Of course here wasn't...but there was a new toy for me! I had a few of these balls in Idaho when we lived there because we had a yard, and now that we have a yard again I get one! i should get a treat every time my parents go out, they should pay me to stay home all by my self!
Oh, in other news....my sister Kona just had pups! I have 2 nephews and a niece! Congratulations to Kona!

Do I look amused?
How did that get there? I think it got there because my parents thought they were being funny! Why can't they just play with me like normal parents? I suppose that they will do some pretty silly stuff to the baby too...at least I won't be the only one that will have to endure the goofy things parents do!Friday, July 13, 2007
Hmmm, maybe I'm just not smart enough?
http://thesurrealist.co.uk/movie.php?word=Ender&ans=62
and then there is this slogan:
http://www.thesurrealist.co.uk/slogan.cgi?word=ender
for some reason the slogan one is different every time you click on it, so the one I liked is now gone "Come see the softer side of Ender" and "Your in good hands with Ender" and my personal favorite was "You Need An Ender"
and then this one:

Try your own by putting in your own word or name!

I'm a rockstar blogger!
Mud Monster and DWB has given me the Rockin' Guy Blogger stamp of approval! Thank guys! I now pass the torch to these 5 cool individuals (or groups) Comet and BLU, Cooper, Boomer, Casper, and Zach. Lets keep the coolness going! Try this quiz!
And now on to other updates....
There probably won't be any pictures for a while, I have to get my parents to set up photoshop and then I can be back to the picture posting business. I should start blogging a lot more now that my dad has his own computer, that makes everyone in our house happy! It has been really hot here, there is this thing called humidity and that makes it feel hotter than it really is, ummm...I think Turbo should ban that!
Things started to show up at my house this week. Baby things. I really don't mind so far everything has had a new smell, and my mom keeps telling me that I need to get use to these things in the house. So I don't mind the things in the house...but then something showed up in my dog car...in the back seat...and it wouldn't move...and then I got put in a seat belt so I wouldn't jump in it (but I did try several times!)! My parents kept calling it a car seat and when I got close enough to see all of the buckles and restraints, I am glad that I only have one seat belt thing and that I don't have to ride in that thing. At least I can still see out the windows! I have to wait til the end of October to meet my new brother. And then when he does get here I will get to go to doggie day camp a few times that week...I say why wait, take me NOW! My parents keep telling my what a great big brother I am going to be, I just smile and say "I know that"
I got groomed today. This time they didn't steal my pants! My butt looks pretty normal now, everything has grown back nicely!
Oh, I'm going to be an Uncle! My sister Kona is going to have pups! I asked my parents if a puppy can come and live at our house, but they said not right now, maybe in a couple more years.
Maybe next time I post there might be some pictures. Or I my just post about my parents. I'll have to wait and see, so will you!

Fun quiz and other things...
Things have been fun around here for the past few weeks. My Grandparents stayed with us for a few weeks and so I got lots of playtime with grandpa. Then some of my cousins showed up for a few days and I got more playtime. My couisins even brought some of their toys with them and I tried to play with them, my mom started sounding like a broken record everytime when she would tell me to leave it! I was a good boy and eventually listened... the soft toys are just so tempting!
My parents went to San Antonio for the weekend last week. I wanted to go, but when I found out that my grandparents would be watching me it was okay that I had to stay behind. Besides, when my parents got home they said that it was really hot there, but every time they saw a dog they thought of me! (as it should have been!)
Mr Toad is back in my yard, I saw him there a couple of times last week.
My butt fur is growing back nicely. My mom keeps trying to brush it so it won't have to be shaved again, but I don't like it, however when she gives me treats after a brushing, I don't mind too much!

Meet my new....
BROTHER! I am so excited that I will have a brother! This just spares me the pain of having to be dressed up in princess dresses if I had a sister. I will get to ruff house with this little guy, when he is a bit older of course! I still have for the end of October to get here until I get to sniff him all over.
Isn't that the cutest little picture of a foot that you have ever seen? Well, we are all excited over here at our house! Friday, May 18, 2007
Look who came to visit me!
So...there was this thunderstorm that rolled in the other night, and that bird decided to wait out the storm right by our front door. I kept telling my mom to stop being so rude and to invite our guest inside, but would she, NO! I would have behaved myself, honest...we would have played all sorts of games like tag, pin the Ender teeth on the birdie, and things like that! But instead I just got to stare at that bird...til the storm was somewhat gone and it flew away, for over 30 minutes that bird sat there! Humpf...no fun for me! Thursday, May 10, 2007
Who stole my pants???

So...I have been hiding for the past little while. You see in the above pictures why! Someone snatched my fur pants, and I can't find them! I went to the groomers last week for a bath and a brush...I went in with my pants, and I came out without them! Did they take them to get washed and shrink them, and couldn't give them back? My mom said that the groomers inspected me when she dropped me off and they said that my butt was way to matted and that they couldn't even get to my skin, so they would have to shave the matts off. My mom almost cried! I look really funny, but I got use to it, and now I don't miss my pants! It's kind of feels free- having the wind blow through my hair...wait, my non hair! Plus my parents feel bad that they didn't brush me after the weather got warmer, and that is why I was matted and had to be shaved, so they give me more scratches! Even though this now means that they are trying to brush me more, there is one good thing...more treats for ME!

Support Our Troops!
What a great way to let them know that we are thinking of them and support them!
*Something cool that Xerox is doing:
If you go to this web site, www.letssaythanks.com , you can pick out a
thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier
that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it
will go to some member of the armed services.
How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!!
This is a great site.
Please send a card or two or three!
It is FREE and it only takes a second.*
I love how kids designed the cards, but it made it hard to choose, so I picked a few out to send, and I had my mom send a few too!

My crafty Mom
This is a picture of a cake that my Mom baked, filled and decorated….which I got None of, but of course tried to get! She use to be a cake decorator for Costco so she learned everything there. She says that decorating must run in the family because her Grandma took classes and liked to decorate too! I think that my Mom should decorate me a cake for my birthday, all for me! My Mom also says that she misses decorating cakes, so if people ask, and if it's something she can do, she will decorate them a cake just for fun, but no wedding cakes...way to many picky brides!
And the picture on the right is a picture of some of the cards that she made . she likes to stamp and scrapbook. I know that she is really behind on her scrapbooking because there are only TWO pages of me from when I was a puppy. Is that just not so wrong...there should be lots of pages of me by now! She has a good back supply of cards and she likes to send out birthday cards to family, but the family is quite large, so she only does parents/parents in law, siblings/siblings in law and nieces and nephews. She just can't keep up with the growing extended family, although she wishes she could. I like to sit in the craft room with my mom while she is doing her crafts. The best part is, that she gets so wrapped up in doing her crafts, that when she drops something I snatch it up since she doesn't notice. She only notices that I have something if I dart out of the room really fast, then she has to chase me and that is fun too! (click on pictures to make larger)

Howling.
I am posting this because on the eskie board someone was asking if any other eskies howled. This is a video clip of me 'singing' or howling to Gary Allan - Nothing On But The Radio. If you take notice in the video, there is another set of howling first. That is also me, my mom couldn't find the CD to play the song, so she played a video clip recorded a few months ago of me singing to the song...so would that count as a duet? My mom loves the my mouth puckers when I sing.
Hmmmm, I just re watched the video and for some reason, my howls don't match my mouth. But you get the idea, right?!

Photo/video of the week
Look at me run! I really like it when my parents chase me, it makes them dizzy! HAHAHAHA! I could keep going, but every now and then I have to look behind me while I run to see if they are keeping up with me! It's kinda dark, this house has poor lighting, and since we use the digital camera for video clips there is no extra light.

Photo of the week, and other news

So...my parents do weird things with me, as I'm sure that all of your parents do weird things with you! This is just one of the many, many silly thing that they do. Here I am in a laundry basket. They thought that it was pretty funny. Was I dirty, no. Did I need to be folded, no. At least they didn't give me a bath! Well, it's a good thing that I am very tolerant and have a happy disposition! But the joke was on them! I now can't stay out of the laundry baskets...especially if they have dirty socks or underwear in them! I like to sneak into the closet and swipe things when they aren't looking, and then I run around and make them chase me! It's so much fun!
In other news...I'm going to be a big brother! That's right! But it won't be of the furry kind, and I have to wait all the way for October or November for it to get here. My Auntie Hana was at my families blog and figured it out, she would make a good detective! That's why I haven't been posting a lot. But I have been a very good boy and give my mom kisses and snuggles when she doesn't feel well.

Photo of the week
Okay, so since I haven't been very good at Wordless Wednesdays, or posting anything really, I thought that I would start photo of the week on Fridays. I am also planning on starting Wordless Wednesdays back up. And maybe if I'm lucky, I'll get really crazy and post in between on the things that have been going on in my life! This Toad was in my yard for at least 4 days. My mom was surprised that I didn't try to eat it...but I did paw at it.
